What can i say about this amazing company apart from NO ONE has the same quality of merchandise and
customer service they do (or not that I've dealt with)
I stumbled across them because
i love caps (39thirty to be exact) on searching hi and low for these in the UK i found very little or none
at all, then i found these guys and well WOW!!
Im officially checking into rehab for
my cap buying addiction thanks to the guys here and have just placed an order today for 4
more.
Now heres the good bit....i found a cap
after i placed my order and the ONLY downside about ordering (which is no fault of Diana and the team) is
the UK's stupid custom charge so i try to order as many as i can at once, so i contacted Diana in the hope
she could help before my original order was dispatched, not only did she respond within 5 mins of my mail
but she placed a hold on my order to allow me to order more, also throwing in a free tshirt and giving me
great customer service.
The merchandise is all of the highest quality and i cant stress enough just
how professional and helpful this company is....if only i could work out distribution deal with them for the
UK as we simply dont have this kind of mech selection here.

recommend them enough to anyone who asks (and ive had to buy a special hat stand from amazon as i cant stop
buying them!!!)

I love shopping at SHS. From Aquaman to Zelda, they have it all. I've been a customer a couple of times. There are no problems to date. Their shirts are very high quality and so comfy. Their sales and promotions really help out my pocketbook.

I have been buying from you guys for years now and have never been let down at all! I've received all my goods in great condition, and there was only one time I ordered something that was no longer in stock, and you guys contacted me straight away to offer a store credit or a refund.
Recently I ordered a hoodie the wrong size and returned it, and unfortunately my size had sold out, however the person I dealt with double checked and found one they could send me! It really made me so happy because I'd been bugging about not ordering the right size to begin with.
Thanks again for your amazing service! I can not recommend you guys highly enough, but I certainly do try to, with anyone that will listen, really.

SuperheroStuff really lives up to the "superhero" part. Last week I ordered a hat from them, and I already
own a couple of NewEra hats, so I already knew my size. After I purchased my hat, just a little bit later, I
got an email saying my item shipped. And not like eBay shipped (which just means the seller marked it as
shipped, and really sends it out like 5 days later) no, I was able to track it right away.
So they
already won me over with that, then my item came in super quick, and packed
very well. Unfortunately, this hat seemed rather snug. So I just called the # listed on my invoice,
expecting a long await or complicated phone system - nope. A very nice girl helped me, I explained the
situation. She got me the next size up, emailed me a paid for return label - like literally right then
and there. So I shipped it back, the same day. Bam, the very next day (today) they already shipped out
my new one.
I cannot express what a freaking breath of fresh air, that SuperheroStuff has been. I wish all other online shops would take a note from them. I will gladly shop SHS from now on, thank you so much!

I love buying from SuperHeroStuff. They have a fun selection of every hero I know of. My kids and husband always love what I order. Their customer service is among the best. When I emailed them about a 4 month old order they promptly solved my problem. I am impressed and will continue to be a customer:)

You guys are my #1 source for any hero t-shirt I seek. I proudly wear these T-shirts where ever I go whether it be the gym I go to 3-4 times a week or anywhere even the movies.
The prices are excellent and reasonable doing fine there. In conclusion nothing is wrong your all right by me. Now I got to save up for my Wolverine leather Jacket. Lol
Also I have no problem at all answering the question. "Where you get that t-shirt from?", which I proudly say. "I got it from superherostuff.com". This is a popular question I receive quite a bit. Free promotion from yours truly the future super hero t shirt wearing future professional wrestler "Slade Hokan". Keep up the good work. :)

Wow Danielle, you guys are so great!!!
Yesterday I drove to the post office [for the third time] and told the guy that the parcel HAS to be in the there and I am not leaving until they make the effort of looking for it and not just checking the system. The poor guy spent an hour looking for it and I told him it will be from Superherostuff and it’s a good thing you guys put an awesome sticker cause that’s how he found it!!!! Some guy never registered it in and it was in a d-listed pile :l
I really do love your items and the emblem is better than I thought it will be, now I’m scared to have it on my car coz someone might steal it.

I just wanted to take a moment to send a sincere "Thank you" for the Green Lantern cuff links that you sent to me. I must say that it's very impressive that you and your company would follow up on the situation nearly six months after it occurred. The fact that you sent me the cuff links even though I canceled my order due to the error says a lot about you and your company. Needless to say you have definitely won me over, and I will be going to Superherostuff.com regularly to see what you have to offer. In fact, I have just placed an order for two Green Lantern shirts using one of your current coupon codes (are you noticing a trend in my purchase habits?).
If I had been a regular customer your company sending me the cuff links as you did would have been surprising. Having done so in this situation is well beyond what other companies believe to be customer service. It shows a level of professionalism and commitment to customers that many could not even conceive of.

My fiance and I love your store. In fact, we live in the Portland metro area and have searched for your store and were very saddened to find it was closed. We are registering for our wedding and were wondering if you have a register, wish list, or gift certificate option. I have searched your site and found nothing, but I do admit, I have not dug through everything.
We have both ordered from you multiple times and absolutely love what we've received. I consider myself extremely lucky to have ordered the "Wolverine: Ready to Kill" hoodie before it sold out. It is my favorite. Like one of your other love mails, I turn into a giddy kid whenever I look at it and try to wear it as often as possible. Anyway, enough gushing. Well, just thought I'd say thanks for the really quick shipment on my Green Lantern t-shirt! Your site was the only one where I could find a woman's GL shirt! Way to go! It came in time for Halloween and it looked GREAT! All the geeks that saw me thought my costume was awesome.

What I ordered was a hoodie with a nice Speed Racer design on the front. What just arrived is this dazzling artwork that I can wear! The only thing that bums me out is that it's still not cold enough to wear it. I'm not usually much for labels, but I even like the "Lot 29" logo on the butt. I ordered a small sized BPRD t-shirt from your store last week and it arrived today(four work days later and I'm in Australia!!!). I'd just like to thank you for the incredibly quick delivery and excellent service you've provided.
The t-shirt was a little small, which is entirely my fault(too much pizza), so I've ordered the same one in medium and even added another Batman t-shirt to my list. Your store is fantastic and I've already told a few of my fellow geek friends all about it.

Dear Deanna,
I want to say a huge thank you to you and the guys at Superhero Stuff. I placed the order below, and would you believe, received it here in Scotland at 9am our time this morning (Tuesday 13th June)!!!! I cannot believe the speed of receiving that across the Atlantic to Glasgow, Scotland!
Now, the most important thing, these shirts are outstanding!!! I mean, just amazing (literally!! - Spidey!). I may be a 32 year old man, but on sight of the shirts on opening I became 5 again!! Ha haaa! Fantastic. Quality and design are just superb.
I will definitely recommend your sight to all - especially for birthdays and Christmases, and hey!!, any occasion really, especially if they're gifts for me! :-) And I will most certainly order very soon - as long as you guys don't mind the inconvenience of airmail to Scotland again!
